365gam Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 365gam ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 365gam website, mobile interface, or any service offered under the 365gam brand, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of 365gam and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 365gam platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 365gam strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where satisfactory evidence of age cannot be provided.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You represent and warrant that online gaming and/or betting is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 365gam is lawful in Pakistan or any other territory from which you access the Platform. 365gam makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active 365gam account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at our discretion.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of 365gam, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

365gam is required to verify the identity of all registered users. You agree to provide, upon request, valid identity documents including a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or NICOP, proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and any additional documentation reasonably required to satisfy our anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365gam login credentials. You must notify 365gam immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 365gam shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

365gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept transactions in foreign currencies through this platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing timeframes are published on the 365gam deposit page and are subject to change. You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. 365gam reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Processing timeframes vary by payment method and are indicative only.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 365gam reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, details of which are available by contacting our support team.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 365gam are subject to the specific rules governing each product category — including cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino tables, slot games, and fishing games. These product-specific rules supplement these Terms and are available within each relevant section of the Platform.

• Bets once placed and confirmed by the 365gam system are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed except where expressly permitted by the applicable product rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, 365gam reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return stakes to the user's wallet.
• Odds displayed for cricket betting (including PSL fixtures) are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at confirmation are the binding odds for settlement purposes.
• 365gam reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of open bets on any individual account at its discretion, without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 365gam offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and minimum odds restrictions. General conditions applicable to all 365gam bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued and may not be transferred.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• 365gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 365gam platform:

• Registering more than one account in your own name or using another person's identity or payment instrument.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable laws.
• Accessing 365gam from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law while misrepresenting your location.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.

365gam reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, with all associated funds withheld pending investigation.

8. Responsible Gaming

365gam is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide all registered users with the following tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on PKR deposits to your 365gam wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Receive in-browser notifications reminding you of time spent actively using the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 365gam account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum period.

If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools. 365gam is strictly 18+. All accounts are subject to age verification, and we are obligated to close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the user is under 18 years of age.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 365gam platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, odds data, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 365gam or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any 365gam content without prior written authorisation from 365gam.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, interruption of service, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 365gam does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

365gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any operational reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any legitimate balance remaining in your account after the resolution of any pending investigation will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of KYC requirements.

You may close your 365gam account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365gam is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact the 365gam support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by 365gam from time to time.

13. Amendments

365gam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory authority. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
